I bought this 512MB MP3 player a long time ago. Actually, pre-orded it, however today it is $100 less than what I paid for it.
It is great. Flash memory players with no moving parts are light and great (bigger iPods have hard drives). This iRiver plays music for many hours, so the little AAA lasts forever. Built in radio, microphone... however, I don't use that feature.

Would I buy this again today ? Probably not, simply because my kids use iPod's and I do not like to have too many formats around (iTunes vs. iRiver Music Manager; iPods AAC format vs. MP3, WMA etc.)
