Default Which one to choose?

There are many players available in the market. Is the price only factor that determines the decision of a buyer to go for a particular product or there are differences in feature as well?

Price is usually a big factor, but the other factor I considered was how much space is available on the device as well as warranties.

Depending on the frequency of use, someone might be fine with a cheaper device that holds less.

How long will the player last before I have to get it checked out? Would it be cheaper to buy a new one if it breaks or is the price of getting it fixed or checked worth it?

Price is a big factor because of our finances. But I also like to look at consumer reviews to see what people are saying about a product before I buy.

That is in fact a very good habit. I have always thought about it but when actually I go to buy any product I tend to forget it.

What I hate is when you buy something and it breaks and it is just cheaper to scrap it and buy a new one. I have had that happen with earphones that I have bought. Had them for about three months and on side quit working. Of course with earphones it is cheaper to just scrap them but man they should last longer than three months. One other thing I like to do is get opionoins from some of my friends when I am looking to buy a certain thing.

I think, with the onset of more players, it is more advisable to stop looking only at the price, but also at the quality.

The most important thing for me with MP3 players is the ease of managing the playlists, and the format that the player supports. I much prefer the way the Creative software works for managing my music collection, so I tend to go for Creative MP3 players over other makes.

Ugh. I highly dislike that with a passion. I may have to get a new camcorder. Mine is already obsolete. It costs more to find and buy batteries and tapes than it is to buy a new one. Might as well...

I think the product which gives decent quality at a moderate price goes well in the long run. Regarding tater03's headphone I agree it should have lasted longer.

I just like to go with the cheapest one with the best amount of memory...but usually not without some good feedback on it as well.
