I would really call it a home cinema system, but I've got a pleasant set-up, with a Philips widescreen TV hooked up to a Pioneer XV-DV424 DVD player with tower speakers.

There's a nice deep sound from the speakers when putting films on, but funnily enough I think my previous Pioneer sound system had a better audio range.

Anyway, feel free to list your own home cinema system here - doesn't have to be pro.
