As a kid I had a spectrum. and awesome games such as "school daze" and "ghostbusters". I want it back.

We have the PS2 and a Gamecube. I will be buying the Wii for the kids for Christmas, hopefully. I can't believe the PS3 is going to go for over $600.

People are saying the new Wii controller will help people get some exercise while playing games.

So maybe that is a good compromise.

That might be good, although it I doubt it would do much. Look at how popular that dance thing was, the exercise may make people more thirsty then would have to drink more calorie packed soda or Kool Aid . (Although I'm really j/k I'm sure this will happen for quite a few people.)

Hey, you're probably right.

Video games can definitely have benefits, as long as you have a healthy balance with the rest of your life, too.

By the way I have switched camps. I was in the Sony camp, but now am in the Wii camp. I think the Wii is going to offer the best bang for the buck. So that is where I am going.

I like the Wii better than the PS3 too, although I do like the PS2 better than the Gamecube. I just feel that for the money the Wii is such a better deal.

Yup I am same too. I never even considered the gamecube or the N64. Nintendo lost me a long time ago, but they may be getting me back.

We have the Nitendo 64 and the PS2. I would really like to get a PS3 but I feel the price is just way to high. I will wait until the price goes down some. Matter of fact I heard on the news this morning that it will not play all the PS1 and PS2 videos like they had at first claimed. It will play some of them but not all. They never said which ones though.
