Default Sunburn

So I got sunburned today and man does it hurt. I forgot to bring the sunscreen and now I am paying for it. So I was wondering what have you all found that works good for relieving sunburn pain? Thanks

I've got some stuff in my bathroom called Sun Lovers which is an aloe vera sunburn relief gel. I haven't used it in years because I hardly ever get any sun but when I last used it, it really soothed the burning.

I hope they still make it, it worked really well. I've had it a few years so I also wonder if it'd still soothe in the even I get burned...try anything with aloe vera but they may still sell this stuff.

You have to be careful with product left over. Sunscreen loses potentcy over time. Also you really need the newer stuff.

I had an aloe vera plant too, and considered using it to make a lotion but I didn't have time to look up recipes and kinda felt bad about destroying it in the process and before I knew it, it died on me!

I bet there are alot of receipes online for a lotion using your aloe vera plant. I never thought of using it to make an actual lotion. That's a good idea.

It's always good to find ways to do-it-yourself and save money. I wish I could do this more but my problem is finding the time! I have ideas but when I do have time I'm too tired to do them! Blah!
