I have tried many tricks but none worked. These days I am only saying "No, thanks" to each of the phones. It's tiring but that is what I am doing now.

I keep getting weird numbers calling me during the week, I never answer and they never leave a message so I don't know what they want. I've considered the Do Not Call idea but someone once told me that only makes it worse so I said, ah well I'll just let it die off eventually like a few years back when some other weird number was doing that.

Not true the DNC list after three months cuts it down considerably. You can do it online. (Someone is going to make something of that.)

That's good to know, I will definitely look into it now. I hope it works, the strange numbers still call every week. I am almost tempted to answer and listen since they never leave a message haha

Someimes I tell them that I am interested, and have to go get my credit card. Then I set the phone down and see how long it takes them to hang up.

That is to funny. How long to they happen to wait? I did sign up for the list but so far I haven't noticed any change yet.

90 days for it to clear and go on the list. You will get some calls because unscrupulous list companies are still selling your number though they are not supposed to.
