So does anyone have any big plans to ring in the new year? We are planning on just staying home with the boys and playing some games and cards. I really don't like being out on the roads when you have all the people that insist on drinking in driving.

We have no real plans fo New Years Eve. Like you I don't like being out on the roads. My husband and I are just planning on staying at home and watching tv. Not very exciting is it. Oh well..

Every year I plan something only to be getting cancelled later due to some problem or other. So this year no plan and I will wait till the evening and then think for some enjoyments.

Not only the drinking and the driving but have you seen some of the prices places are asking per couple. It is outragous. I would like to go one year to a hotel that is having a party and then I can get a room. But that won't be happening this year. Maybe next year.
