Default Your latest DVD buy?

I've been trying to not buy so many DVD's recently, but I felt compelled to buy King Kong and Narnia recently, not least because these were films to watch with the kids.

My 2-year old daughter loved watching the King Kong trailers to we bought that - mostly the film was fine, but there were some disturbing elements in it I wasn't expecting - if you've seen the film, I'm especially thinking of the scene with the insects, not least the head-sucking leech things.

Still, overall the film was enjoyable once it got started, and I thought the death scene with King Kong was very well done.

Narnia I've not watched, though the kids have already. Will maybe have to make sure I sit with them next time it goes on.

Geez, I can't remember the last DVD I bought . . . it's been awhile, as I've been really broke lately. I think the last one I bought was "Resevoir Dogs," in early April. Although the last DVD someone bought for me was "Boondock Saints," a couple of weeks later (a birthday gift).

I can't remember the last movie I bought which didn't feature a Sesame Street character in it.

I bought Pride and Prejudice because I already had the BBC version and it seemed like the right thing to do!

Bought Underworld at the weekend for Saturday night viewing. Was okay, but nothing particular to speak of. That's why I need to look at renting instead of buying.

It was either the "X-Men" Trilogy Boxset or "Greys Anatomy" Season 2 Box Set.

"X-Men" set because it was cheap and had all three.
"Greys Anatomy" because it's my guilty pleasure.
