You can store as much content as you want in the 20GB hard drive on the XBOX 360. Music, TV shows, movie rentals, music videos, you name it media has gotten a good lift by this console.

I think it addresses the need for more storage. But is the quality still good?

The quality is fine on the stuff I've downloaded from the Marketplace. The download speed is pretty bad though - especially after a popular demo or video is released. I think they need some better servers.
