As this is a new concept I think it will take some time before all the aspects are clear. It is the cost and the popularity which will control the future moves of Net Movies.

I never really thought about a soap opera type movie but yes I think this would be a good concept for something like this. Curious to see how this all comes about.

This will not only affect the movies' prices but also the theatre or moviehouse business.

I'm not so sure if the outcome of that idea will be positive for the movie producer. They should have tried it with a less expensive film.

Sanctuary is a show thats being released on the internet. The first 4 episodes or so are free and then the rest there is a fee. I'm not sure how much it will be.

Sanctuary SCI-FI Series

I'm not sure how much more or less production costs will be compared to this movie, but there is already some buzz in the scifi world with the shows creators, cast, and crew.

Movies direct to the internet seem like the next logistical move with the medium, but I'm not too sure how and if it'll take...

I like the big screen. I hate anything under 32" .

I think this will be really great, because I am tired of people only being allowed to post parts of movies or television shows. I know there's copywriting issues, etc., but if it could be available somewhere legally, it could really bring in a big audience.

I am curious to see how it will all work out in the end. I will have to take a look at the link above. I am not into Sci-Fi all that much but I am curious to see what it's about.

Has anyone here seen any of these movies or know where to find a list or a link to some of the movies that are out already? I wonder if you have to have a really good high speed computer too...or really good memory.
