I like to go to the theater when it's a bigger box office movie - like Star Wars or something like that. With surround sound at home, we watch a lot of movies at home. Besides, movie theaters are SO expensive now.

Actually, we have several to choose from. Living in the country does have some benefits it seems.

I love the drive in - we take our own snacks and even lawn chairs. It's a pretty cool experience and the kids love it.

I only go to the theatres when there is some movie which demands to be seen only in big screens. Otherwise it's home entertainment that suits me well.

I go to the theater when I want to support a film - like "Facing the Giants" - otherwise, I'm spoiled. I prefer to watch in the comfort of my own home, with my own snacks, and being able to pause or play it again at my own demand.

(Plus, I don't need a sitter! and I'm never late for the movie)

We used to go to the movies a lot. But when DVDs started coming out, we realized how much cheaper it is to just buy a copy and watch comfortably at home.
