It's usually the speed of your internet connection ...that's why people who download a lot pay for a higher connection speed.

Emusic is great, the only problem is you find more obscure items, instead of more popular ones. This for me isn't a problem, as I like finding new music, however to those who like more popular top 40 type things, itunes or something similar would be a better choice

Try the MIRC chatroom, theres are a lot of MP3 groups their where you can download mp3's for free.
