Favorite CD of all time?

Mine would have to be Madonna's Immaculate Collection. It has every single one of her songs that made up the eighties! Got to love a little Madonna!

I would have to say my favorite is Pink Floyd's, The Wall. I have always loved this one. As you can see this kind of shows by age.

aima, that is exactly my answer! they are the first artist that popped into my head upon reading the thread's title. i love their album "talk on corners".

unlike other artists' albums which have only 2 or 3 good songs in them, this album's songs are all well-written and greatly performed. i also love how some of their songs have stories or even poetic lines lines in them such as "you're only just a dreamboat sailing in my head. you swim my secret oceans of coral blue and red." oh, i did memorize most of their songs.

oh, i haven't seen them perform live! they did visit our country a few years ago but it was during our hell month in school so i had to do heaps of schoolwork! aargh.. i think it would be awesome to see them live, especially with sharon's violin...ahhh... have you read some trivia about them? they're really cute. andrea used to think, as a child, that all members of all families around the world play musical instruments since they were brought up to play various musical instruments.

I guess it would have to be Eric Clapton's Unplugged because I've worn out three copies of it. There are a lot of other cds like the Beatle Anthology that I love, and certainly newer ones but Clapton is a constant fave.

Within Temptation - Mother Earth
It's a dutch band, but they sing english and try to get popular in other countries too.

I have the CD's of Madonna and the Corrs too, they are very good indeed!
