If the manager doesn't help you tell him you would like the regional managers phone number so you can get helped if he doesn't help you out call Radio Shacks corporate office I am sure there is a number on the website Phone: (817) 415-3011 or you can try there customer service 1-800-THE-SHACK. Tell them what you have gone through and how unhelpful the sale people at the store have been. If these people don't help ask for their supervisor eventually you will get satisfaction...
